"Reflections of a Quilter" might be literal images or simply thoughts and feelings expressed in fabric.

One of our Gala micro-features will be American Hero Quilts. A represen-tative will be telling about the program and showing samples.

Reflect with Caryl BryerFallert Gentry on her varied career in quilting. She is internationally recognized for her award-winning fine-art quilts, which have appeared in hundreds of national and international exhibitions, collections, and publications, Caryl's honors include 100 Best Quilts of the 20th Century, Silver Star (lifetime achievement) Award, and selection as one of the thirty most influential quiltmakers in the world. Caryl has lectured and taught in eleven countries around the world and continues to share her knowledge through her publications and her website www.bryerpatch.com.

Children are welcome at EQS!

While looking at the quilts, kids can look for items in the scavenger hunt list. There will be an opportunity to make a bean bag at our Community Service booth and kids can participate in the Make & Takes with parental help.
